PVC发泡板材生产的成型温度控制是关键点, 成型温度的控制是依据不同的配方略有不同, 通常据料筒各段功能温度设置稍有不同, 温度设置为140, 150, 160, 170, 180度, 双螺杆的加料段的温度略高, 目的是使物料在加料段的末端能充分熔融, 以便包住螺杆, 防止物料在经过排气段时被抽走 .
挤出速度是由螺杆的转速决定的, 螺杆转速增加, 挤出量相应增加, 在相同的温度下, 物料的塑化质量下降, 确定合理的挤出速度对应温度对保证制品质量和提高经济效益是十分重要的.
板材厚度在5mm-30mm及以上的, 一般采用定型台冷却定型, 定型模一般采用水冷, 对产品表面硬度及光度要求较高的, 一般配置冷水机, 对板/片材百度在0.3-5mm的, 一般采用三辊压光机, 三辊与模头的距离应尽量小, 一般为5-10cm, 机头挤出的板因重力下垂, 易造成板材表面发皱, 粗糙度增大.同时易散热冷却, 对压光不利.辊筒长度应比制品宽度稍宽. 增加辊直径, 可增加包辊时间, 提高挤出速度和冷却效果,使板材的光泽度更好, 三辊压光机的上辊和中辊的工作间距应略大于板/片材厚度. 三辊牵引线速度应与挤出速度保持一致, 尽量避免拉伸. 牵引辊的线速度应比压光机三个辊的线速度稍快, 以保持一定的张力,使板/片材在冷却过程中不至于产生变形翘曲等缺陷, 但速度过快时会产生较大的内应力, 影响二次加工产品质量.
