According to the different pipe diameter , the PVC pipe production line equip with different extruder , normally , 63-160mm PVC pipe making machine equip with SJSZ65/132 twin screw extruder , the twin screw materials adopt the top quality 38CrMoAl with carburizing treatment, in order to increase the wear resistance . normally ,the PVC pipe diameter 63-160mm equip with the SJSZ65/132 twin screw extruder , the stainless steel vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank , the main motor adopt the quality SIEMENS brand , the converter adopt the TECO or ABB brand . the hauling off unit has 2-claws , 3-claws ,4-claws ,6-claws and equip with the converter speed control . the cutter equip with the planetary cutter with PLC control system . it can set different length at customer’s demands and cut automatic . the cutter equip with electric control and pneumatic control ensure the accuracy length . it also equip with the dust collection system for reuse .
