According to the different pipe diameter , the MPP PE PP pipe production line equip with different extruder , normally , 75-250mm MPP PE PP pipe production equip with SJ75/33 single screw extruder , the screw materials adopt the top quality 38CrMoAl with carburizing treatment, in order to increase the wear resistance . the barrel adopt the open slit design ensure the better plasticizing effect . the stainless steel vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank.
the main motor adopt the quality SIEMENS brand , the converter adopt the ABB brand . the hauling off unit has 2-claws or belt hauling unit and equip with the converter speed control . the cutter equip with the planetary cutter with PLC control system . it can set different length at customer’s demands and cut automatic . the cutter equip with electric control and pneumatic control ensure the accuracy length . it also equip with the dust collection system for reuse .
